Boss Info: This boss monster requires level 83 Dungeoneering to encounter.
Smuggler's Notes: Be wary of Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk. It is somewhat unstable, and liable to burst. Stabbing attacks will help make it explode quicker; just be careful, as there is more inside than meets the eye.
Drops:

Free to play drops are shown in white, members-only drops in this colour, and unconfirmed drops in italic. Item groups are shown like [this].

Notes: Flesh-spoiler Haasghenahk has two forms, and initially uses magic and melee attacks. If you pray against magic, it tends to start using melee attacks exclusively (although summons make its behaviour more unpredictable). These melee attacks are quite potent, so consider praying against melee if the boss focuses its attention on you, even if you are wearing armour. The boss also periodically causes a modest amount of unblockable damage to all nearby players.

Once you take down its first form, the boss will seemingly explode, transitioning into its second, immobile form. It retains its ability to periodically deal unblockable damage, but is otherwise unable to attack. However, during the transition, it will also have created five Flesh-spoiler spawns. These creatures will gang up on a single player, and can quickly cause a lot of damage, even against heavily armoured targets. It is advised to pray against melee should they focus on you.
