Soulgazers are a pretty rare sight. They use a magic attack which can hit multiple players at once.

You need level 99 Slayer to harm this monster. While you may encounter Soulgazers even if nobody in your party has level 99 Slayer, having at least one person with level 99 Slayer will allow them to spawn in guardian door rooms on the critical path to the dungeon's boss, increasing your odds encountering one.

If you kill a Soulgazer using a method that can circumvent the Slayer level requirement, such as through damage dealt by the Wrath or Retribution prayers, it will not drop any loot.
