This creature is immune to poison.

She will summon Elite defilers which attack you and your allies as well as drones which heal her. The drones are unattackable.

She has a special attack that deals up to 4000 LP damage and kills many of your allies. Using the Korasi's sword special attack while she is charging prevents this attack.

Protection prayers will not give full immunity to the pest queen's attacks but will reduce the damage taken significantly.
