Notes:	*Only during the Diamond in the Rough quest. Unlike normal monsters, dung kalphites are sliced open to reveal their loot rather than fought. A weapon with the "slash" combat style is required, although a bronze scimitar can be found on the floor. Kalphites with shiny dung tend to have more valuable loot. They do not fight back.
