Notes:	Players must have partially completed the One of a Kind quest to fight these. They will only drop dragon bones until the quest is completed, at which point the full droplist becomes available. Celestial dragons have a time-stop special attack, used at random points during the kill. This attack will stun you for a short time, and can not be prevented with stun immune abilities. Celestial dragons will behave much like metal dragons of pre-EOC combat. They will only use dragonfire unless someone approaches into melee distance. The easiest way to kill them is to stand back and range with dragonfire protection (super antifire highly recommended). *Celestial handwraps will only drop when Celestial dragons are assigned as a slayer task.
