Notes:	Cows only give 0.3 XP per damage done (not including Constitution XP). Cows in the pen just north of the toll gate to Al Kharid and south of the Champion's Guild have 107 lifepoints, whereas cows found elsewhere in RuneScape only have 80 lifepoints.
