This is the first of 4 monsters that must be fought. It is recommended that you pot up before entering Dream World. This monster spawns multiple level 110 A Doubt, which you can safely ignore as they disappear when The Inadequacy dies.

No prayers can be used whilst fighting this monster. It attacks with either melee, or ranged if you're out of its reach.

Ranging or maging is possible if you keep out of its melee range. The Blood Burst spell is suggested for the leech effect if you have access to Ancients Magicks, though melee should be effective as well.

Should you die in the Dream World, your gravestone will appear nearby the Ceremonial Brazier on Lunar Isle.
