None. You can turn it into a fully charged crystal bow or crystal shield by having Ilfeen in Isafdar recharge it.

Ilfeen can be notoriously hard to find, because she tends to move around a lot. Please refer to our Isafdar map for her possible locations. Note that Ilfeen can be found in the village of Lletya after completion of the Prisoner of Glouphrie quest.

Note that the male elf, Islwyn, only sells new crystal bows and shields. To recharge a crystal seed or a partially degraded* bow or shield, you must speak to Ilfeen.

*The very first time you need to completely empty the crystal bow or shield before it can be recharged. After that, you can also recharge partially emptied crystal bows or shields.

Ilfeen charges you a certain amount of coins for recharging a crystal seed. Every time she recharges a seed for you, her prices will drop. This price drop is tied to you as a player, and not to a specific item - for example, you could reach the lowest price tier by recharging a bow twice and a shield twice.
