Location:	Given to you by Hild during the quest A Tail of Two Cats.
Uses:	When equipped, it allows you to talk to cats and kittens. When used, it allows you to locate Bob the Jagex Cat. Also used in several quests.
Notes:	If you lose this amulet, you must first obtain the regular Catspeak amulet from the Sphinx in Sophanem. You must have a cat or kitten out to do this. Once you have recovered the regular amulet, you can take it to Hild in Burthorpe and have her enchant it again. This will cost five Death runes. After the Do No Evil quest the Catspeak amulet or Catspeak amulet (e) can be combined with a Cramulet.
