Location:	Created by adding an earth rune to a strong mining urn (nr).
Uses:	Collects slivers while mining level 55 or below ore.
Notes:	Once a level 55 or below ore is added it will turn into a Strong mining urn. You cannot manually add ores with the "Use" option.
