Location:	Found by searching rubble on Kethsi. You can get to Kethsi by entering the following combination D I R (and teleporting) and then A K S into the Fairy Ring dial.
Uses:	Use it on one of the indentations in the first room of the dungeon on the island in the west of Kethsi.
Notes:	If you lose/destroy this item, you can find it again by searching the rubble on Kethsi.
