Location:	Obtained randomly from the Dominion tower rewards chest after all journal pages have been found and a Dominion factor of 10,000 has been reached.
Uses:	Deals damage to all enemies in the arena when detonated within the dominion tower. Can be noted and exchanged for an Xp book by right-clicking the rewards chest.
