Location:	Appeared in one's inventory when completing The Elder Kiln quest before the 29th of February 2012.
Uses:	Read it to get the quest's reward doubled; it will grant you 50,000 Magic experience, 30,000 Agility experience, and 100,000 experience in a combat skill of 75 or higher your choosing.
Notes:	The destroy option on this item does not work. The item is destroyed once read.
