Location:	Obtainable from Diango in Draynor Village after registering an email address to your RuneScape account and validating it.
Uses:	Right click it to get the player title "The Real", this can only be done when the cape is not being worn.
Notes:	If you lose your cape you can get another from Diango in Draynor Village. The cape can be stored in your Player Owned House in the toy box.
