| At the start of the Mourning's End Part 1 quest, Eluned in Isafdar gives you this item. This is the only source for a 4-charge crystal and happens only once. |
| Use it to teleport to Lletya (Isafdar) whenever you want. When all charges have been used up, it will become a Tiny elf crystal. Talk to Eluned in Isafdar and she will recharge it for different prices, starting from 750 and going down to the minimum, which is 150 gp, after 5 charges. A recharge makes it a Teleport crystal (3) with three uses. |

This is a very effective and cheap teleportation tool to escape combat in one click. You can obtain multiple Elf crystals through drops. The teleport crystal does not work past level 20 wilderness! |
