Location:	Given to players who retained membership throughout August 2012 on 31st August 2012 and/or throughout September on 1st October 2012 by Jagex. This was done as part of the "Sizzling Summer" promotion.
Uses:	Upon opening the Promissory note, players are greeted with the Bank of XP interface. You may divide your experience depending on the amount left into 9 different lamp types: 100 XP (For skills with levels 1+), 500 XP (5+), 1k XP (10+), 5k XP (43+), 25k XP (59+), 50k XP (65+), 100k XP (72+), 350k XP (86+) and 700k XP (92+). Please note however you can divide up the experience to be used on the same skill even if you do not have the level required to open a lamp. For example, you may divide up your 350k lamp into three 100k lamps and one 50k lamp if your skill level is only 80.
Notes:	If you lose or destroy your promissory note, you can obtain another from Diango's Toy Store in Draynor Village. If your inventory was full when you were given your note, it will also have been sent to Diango's Toy store. This item is only obtainable by members, but it can be used on a F2P world. You are unable to open the note inside a Player-owned Port or the Runespan. This item and unused experience associated with it will expire on the 1st April 2013.
