Location: Can be obtained when mining if you have a black iron ring or a jewelled black iron ring equipped.
Uses: Take it to Ivar, a dwarven smith at the Artisans' Workshop, and he will give you Mining XP or Smithing XP in return.
Notes: The XP varies depending on your level in the respective skill.
