Location: During the Ghost Ahoy Quest, one of three scraps of map is found searching a chest in the bottom of the wrecked ship north-west of the Port Phasmatys farming patch and up ladders. You will need to kill a level 32 Giant Lobster, then search the chest again.
Uses: Use with the other two Map Scraps .
Notes: You need a Ghost Speak Amulet to talk to the people.
