If you lose your Catspeak amulet, you can get another by talking to the Sphinx in Sophanem. You need to have a cat or kitten out to do this. If you added your Catspeak amulet to a cramulet then the Sphinx will not give you another Catspeak amulet. Either dismantle the cramulet, or drop it on the floor right before speaking to the Sphinx and pick it up after you received another Catspeak amulet.
During Tail of Two Cats quest it is upgraded to Catspeak amulet(e).
After the Do No Evil quest the Catspeak amulet or Catspeak amulet (e) can be combined with a Cramulet. |
