Uses: When worn this has a 1 in 3 change of activating its special effect. The attacker (or the person/monster you hit last) will receive damage and up to eight players/monsters around you will receive damage as well. For each lifepoint of damage dealt you will be healed for that amount (up to 1,200 lifepoints).
Notes: The necklace holds a certain amount of charges. Once depleted you can charge it again with blood runes (30 runes per 1%).
