| Created at the singing bowl in Prifddinas by combining 150 harmonic dust and a crystal tool seed at level 80 smithing. Ilfeen, Eluned, Islwyn, or Rhodri Dail can enchant a crystal tool seed into this for 150 harmonic dust and 1,500gp. |
