Location:	Buy a Woodcutting cape (t) and a Woodcutting hood from Wilfred Northwest of the Falador lodestone for 99,000 coins then use the hood on the cape to create the hooded cape.
Uses:	When equipped, you will receive 1 extra woodcutting point to your skills temporarily. You will also be able to use the skill cape emote that is woodcutting specific.
Notes:	You must have 99 woodcutting and another skill at 99 to create/wear this item, and the hood and cape used to create it cost 99k. Can be stored on a Cape Rack in the Costume Room of a member's Player-Owned House.
