Location:	This item is obtained randomly (usually after a few minutes) while participating in the Invasion of Falador event.
Uses:	It can be used to go on a miniquest that unlocks a 25% XP boost and a 50% boost in Commendation gathering after completion.
Notes:	If destroyed, you will have to participate in the invasion further to obtain another copy. It cannot be reclaimed from Diango.
