Location:	Received from Vanescula Drakan on top of Castle Draken after completion of the River of Blood quest.
Uses:	Shake the bloodstone to activate Blood filter skybox. To deactive the filter, shake a bloodstone again.
Notes:	If lost or destroyed, another one can be gotten from Vanecsula.
