Uses:	Used as a one-handed weapon. It provides an unlimited number of air runes to cast spells.
Notes:	Even though this item has a high-alchemy value of 900 coins, both speciality shops and general stores will only give you 20 coins for selling it. Can be decorated with a Shade skull to create a Skeletal staff of air. The quantity limit was upped on 12 October 2015 as a patch update.
