| Use blue dye with ogre bellows during the Mourning's Ends Part 1 quest. The bellows can be found in a cave north of the Big Chompy Bird Hunting Quest starting point in a chest in the Feldip Hills. Dye can be purchased from Orowen in the Lletya (Isafdar) clothes shop. Use the blue dye bellows on a swamp toad from the Feldip Hills Swamp to make a blue toad. |
