Location:	Use the toxic naphtha on a stove to make toxic powder during the Mourning's Ends Part 1 quest. Do not use on a fire!
Uses:	Use the toxic powder on the grain bins located near the General Store and inside the Church of West Ardougne.
Notes:	Can be re-obtained the same way. Not useful after quest.
