Uses:	Weapon giving a magic bonus and an unlimited number of earth and fire runes to cast spells.
Notes:	Can also be enchanted into a mystic staff, and equires level 30 in Attack and Magic to be wielded. Can be decorated with a Shade skull to create a Skeletal lava battlestaff. The quantity limit was upped on 12 October 2015 as a patch update.
