Location:	Lord Iorwerth presents you with this after you have killed King Tyras.
Uses:	Take it to King Lathas to complete the Regicide quest.
Notes:	The Elf Arianwyn stops you as you enter the castle grounds of king Lathas and shows you the contents of the letter. It reads: Your Majesty King Lathas. Your man did well. The path is now open for the dark lord to enter this realm. You will yet live to see Camelot crushed underfoot. Warmaster Iorwerth.
