Location:	Talk to the Lumbridge Castle cook when you have the ground crab meat, ground cod, bread crumbs and ground kelp to make a fish cake during the Recipe for Disaster Quest - Pirate Pete. When he tells you the recipe use any one item with another to make the raw fishcake. Cook it.
