Location: Talk to Traiborn in the Wizard's Tower south of Draynor Village with a bucket of milk in your inventory during the Recipe for Disaster Quest - Guide of Lumbridge sub-quest. He asks you a bunch of questions and if you get 3 right, he gives you the Enchanted milk.
Uses: With the other ingredients in your inventory and a cake pan, use one of the ingredients on the cake pan to make the Raw Guide Cake. Cook it.
Notes: Eggs, buckets of milk, pots of flour, and cake pans are available to purchase from the Culinaromancer’s Chest.
