Location:	Player-made by using the Right skull half with the Left skull half.
Uses:	Use it with the runed sceptre to make a Skull Sceptre which offers limited teleports to the Barbarian Village.
Notes:	Wearing the Varrock armour from the Varrock Tasks while assembling the skull sceptre will enchant it with more teleports than usual.
