Location:	Found in Peer the Seer's trial house in Rellekka during the Fremennik Trials Quest. Search a chest on the 1st floor to find it.
Uses:	You need two for the quest. Get the first one and fill it with water. Then you can find the second one. Fill the second one with water also.
Notes:	You lose them when you leave the house by either door.
