Location:	Found in Peer the Seer's trial house in Rellekka during the Fremennik Trials Quest. Search the bull's head on the 1st floor to find it.
Uses:	Use with the sticky red goop you get from cooking the red herring on it to make a red disk.
Notes:	You lose it when you leave the house by either door.
