Location:	Use a primed bar on the extractor gun in the "Mind" area of the Elemental Workshop, and operate the extractor hat.
Uses:	Needed to make mind equipment.
Notes:	Only obtainable during or after the Elemental workshop II quest. When charging it with "mind", you lose 20 Magic levels. Consider bringing a few restore potions if you want to charge multiple bars in a row, or if you want to use magic afterwards.
