Uses:	When equiped, you will receive 1 extra agility point to your skill temporarily. You will also be able to use the skill cape emote that is agility specific. When worn the cape gives entry to The Pit at will, however the xp gained in the D&D is reduced. In addition, it gives a 2% chance of double tickets from the Brimhaven Agility arena. This stacks with the Karamja task set reward.
Notes:	You must have 99 agility to buy/wear this item, and it costs 99k to buy. Can be stored on a Cape Rack in the Costume Room of a member's Player-Owned House.
