Location:	Obtained from a Random event gift box when choosing for the XP item option.
Uses:	When you rub it, it will give you a chance to increase any skill. The amount of XP gained is the skill's level times 10.
Notes:	When the Random event gift box is obtained after completing the Mr. Mordaut "surprise exam" random event, you will get a Book of knowledge instead. This item cannot be banked or traded.
