| Talk to the penguins that are disguised as a sheep. |
These penguins will send you back to the penguin located in Ardougne Zoo to get a code before they will talk to you. The penguin in the zoo will tell you to give them a cod fish in return for information. If you are wearing a Ring of charos (a), they will give the information free of charge.
After you talked to the penguins under the sheep, they will give you a book on their report. Take these two reports to KGP agent located inside the outpost, this room is located on the west, you will see it when you enter.
