Location:	Level 2 shelves in your player-owned house's kitchen.
Uses:	Pour into a tea cup to obtain tea. Holds four cups worth. Tea from this teapot with the matching cup will boost construction by two levels.
Notes:	The teapot is filled by filling a kettle with water, boiling the water, putting tea leaves into the teapot, and then pouring the boiling water from the kettle into the teapot. This item will disappear upon leaving your house.
