Location:	Obtained by tele-grabbing the guard combing his hair outside the jail in the King's Ransom quest. You can re-obtain it after the quest by speaking to Merlin in Camelot castle.
Uses:	Use it to pick the lock as a means to escape from the jail. After the quest it can be used as a normal lock pick.
