Location: Get by catching a swimming karamthulhu near an underwater shipwreck off Dragontooth Island during the Rocking Out quest.
Uses: Use on the locked chest upstairs aboard the sunken ship.
Notes: You must wear a fishbowl helmet and diving apparatus (made during the Recipe for Disaster - Pirate Pete subquest) in order to dive to the sunken ship.
