Location:	Can be found in the middle bunk bed at northern wall of the eastern bedroom in the Sanguinesti Myreque base, during and after the Legacy of Seergaze quest.
Uses:	Read it to learn more about fighting with flails, and then give it to Flaygian Screwte.
Notes:	After you give the book to Flaygian you won't get it back. You can find another copy by searching the bunk bed again.
