| Location: | Runecrafting Guild in the Wizards Tower. Appears in your inventory when you join the Great Orb Project Minigame on Vief's (yellow) team. |

| Uses: | Creates a barrier to floating orbs that were not moving when it was created. |
| Notes: | Barriers block both colours of orbs. Barriers can be dispelled by any player by right clicking, but it may take a few tries. |
