Location:	Given to you by Wizard Elriss in the Runecrafting Guild after showing her all of the Runecrafting talismans. You can use tiaras as well.
Used in:	Omni-talisman staff, Omni-tiara
Uses:	This item can be used to enter all of the Runecrafting altars. Use this item on a Wicked hood to unlock the runes with it. Adding this talisman or an Omni-tiara to the hood is the only way to unlock astral runes with it.
Notes:	You get this talisman along with 13,606 exp when you show Wizard Elriss all the available Runecrafting talismans. If you lose the talisman, she will replace it for free. If you want, you can attach this to either a tiara or a talisman staff by talking to Wizard Korvak in the Runecrafting Guild. Bring either a silver tiara or a talisman staff to Wizard Korvak, and he will bind them to make either an omni-tiara or an omni-talisman staff.
