Location:	Created during the Legacy of Seergaze quest, by using a cut emerald with a silver sickle (b), while having a chisel in your inventory.
Uses:	Use the Enchant Level 2 Jewellery spell on it to turn it into an enchanted sickle emerald (b).
Notes:	This item is an intermediate step towards making an Ivandis flail (30).
