Uses:	In the small room up the ladder in Dark Squall's lair, activate this to teleport to Lucien's secret snowy base. See Notes below.
Notes:	Search the desks and tables to find this item. You MUST be carrying a law rune and a death rune and wearing Dagon'hai robes in order to use the teleport.
