Location: Obtained by filling the vase with water and using the lid on it in Peer the Seer's trial house in Rellekka during the Fremennik Trials quest.
Uses: Freeze the sealed vase full of water to crack the vase and obtain the frozen key.
Notes: You lose it when you leave the house by either door.
