Location: Faruq's Tools for Games stall located in Al Kharid next to Ali M's market stall.
Uses: Worn by a player to help accurately reach a decision in a clan. An Orb of counting can then used to count the results.
Notes: You can turn the hat inside out into a Voting hat (red) if you wish to vote for the other side. You must be wearing the hat to be counted in the results.
