Given to a Star Sprite, which appears after a star has been completely depleted, to receive the following rewards:
- Up to 50,002 coins
- Up to 20 Gold ore(noted)
- Up to 152 Cosmic runes
- Up to 52 Astral runes
- The ability to mine two ores at once for up to 15 minutes
The amount of stardust exchanged determines the value of the rewards, with the above being the maximum a player can receive. Note that no more than 200 Stardust may be mined or held at once. |
Players may only have up to 200 Stardust at one time. No more can mined even if the Stardust is banked, and there is no drop option, only destroy (stars can still be mined for experience though). Finally, the Star Sprite will only reward players once per day, meaning that Stardust should be turned in all at once.
The mining ability granted by a Star Sprite as a reward stacks with wearing Varrock armour, making it possible to mine three ores from a single rock if both effects occur. |
