Penance master trident

Penance master trident Examine: A mage weapon made from the carcasses of Penance creatures (upgraded). Weight: 3.10 kg
Members: Yes Quest item: No Tradeable: No Stackable: No
High alchemy: 60,000 gp Low alchemy: 40,000 gp
Location: Upgraded from a penance trident by speaking to Commander Connad at the Barbarian Outpost.
Uses: Requires level 70 Magic and Attack to wield. Used as both a melee weapon and a magic staff (two-handed).
Notes: While equipped, it will attempt to 'save' the runes used in any spell. The trident finds out how many different rune types you are using for your spell and for each rune type, the trident makes a 1 in 60 roll. If successful, the trident will save all runes of that type.

The upgrade from a regular trident to the master trident is free-of-charge. However, it will gain an additional level requirement of 70 Attack, since the improved version has significantly greater melee bonuses.

The trident's special attack, "Reap", drains 50% of the player's special attack bar and provides a chance to one-hit kill any monster with a combat level of 50 or less. In PvP (player vs. player) situations, it can potentially inflict damage equivalent to 1/3 of an opponent's life points.
